28 Grams Pizza operates with the idea of fast/casual service, allowing our guests to eat-in or take-out. We have limited seating, but provide counter areas for standing room as well. Our wood-fired pizza oven bakes the pizzas in approximately five to seven minutes and impart a wonderful flavor to all our pies. Grab n' Go pizza slices and combos are available for anyone in a hurry! We offer a selection of Pepsi products, and plan on incorporating a small beer and wine selection in the future. Ingredients used in the pizzas are of exceptional quality, sourcing fresh and flavorful ingredients, which plays a large role in the quality of our pizzas. Our dough is made fresh daily using our own unique recipe, utilizing a long fermentation period to provide the best flavor. Specials will cycle throughout the week, allowing customers to try unique pizza concepts. We look forward to being able to serve you and keep you as our customers!
