Martial Arts Fitness is the most trusted name in fitness kickboxing instruction and cross training since opening in 2010. We offer a wide variety of martial arts and fitness based programming for the entire family. These include the 8 Week Fitness Challenge, C.O.B.R.ATM Self Defense, strength training, and – our specialty – kickboxing. We value a welcoming environment, lead by example, promote a healthy lifestyle, provide clean and safe facilities and accessible staff, and affordable programming. Our first goal is to teach you great skills and you’ll see that in your first class as we take the time to go over all of the kickboxing techniques with you one on one.
