RumFish Grill is located in front of Guy Harvey Outpost – a TradeWinds Beach Resort on St. Pete Beach, features a 33,500 gallon aquarium. RumFish Grill is a destination restaurant at Guy Harvey Outpost on St. Pete Beach, FL. The restaurant’s main attraction is a 33,500 gallon aquarium constructed by the crew from Acrylic Tank Manufacturing (ATM) and featured on TANKED, a popular television show on Animal Planet. Restaurant visitors and guests have the opportunity to snorkel in the tank among indigenous fish such as snook, redfish, trout, tarpon, grouper, snapper, small sharks and even eels. Snorkelers will also participate in a “behind the scenes” tour highlighting eco-initiatives and tank management. Two additional tanks are found within the salt-water-themed restaurant, giving diners a “fully-immersive” dining experience. These tanks include one that features our 'juvenile fish' and one that features predators, specifically lionfish. RumFish Grill offers day travelers an all-encompassing, fully-immersive experience. Visitors can easily spend the day dining, exploring the tanks, enjoying extensive entertainment options and browsing the large 2,200 square foot retail shop.
