Salty Souls offers yoga classes of many types: Beginner Flow Hot and Hot 26 Gentle Hatha Restorative Kids and teen yoga also featuring a Yoga book club and Belly Dancing classes. Our new NW St Pete studio offers changing rooms, privacy, a welcoming atmosphere with a clean and modern design.
