It's back again. The Antiwarpt Music Festival, an alternative to the Warped Tour featuring the best in local and national indie music is returning to the streets of Downtown St. Pete for its 3rd run on Saturday, July 28.
Coming off the heels of last year's fantastic Antiwarpt, This year, organizers hope Antiwarpt will be bigger and better than ever with a commendable lineup of nearly 100 bands playing genres from southern rock to hip hop and seemingly everything between. Headlining this year's Antiwarpt will be John Darnell and his troupe of folk-rock songsters, the Mountain Goats.
The Mountain Goats will be supported by a massive assortment of acts including, but not limited to, Adrian Younge, Two Cow Garage, Jane Jane Pollock, Sunbears!, Have Gun, Will Travel, Sleepy Vikings, Mousefire, Tallhart, The Semis, Damion Soumi & The Minor Prophets, Set and Setting, Hunter and Avery, Redfeather, John Allen, Jensen Surf Company, Alexander & The Grapes, and many more.
Performances will take place throughout multiple venues in Downtown St. Pete including the State Theatre, Morean Art Center, Local 662, Fubar, Octave, The Emerald Lounge, Cafe Bohemia, Sake Bomb, Star Booty, and Ramblin' Rose, all within convenient walking distance from each other.
Tickets for Antiwarpt are $20 for earlybird, $25 in advance, and $30 on the day of the show. Tickets can be purchased through the Daddy Kool Records website or at these physical locations...
