The fun kicks off Friday, November 10th at 11 am sharp, but you'll be able to smell mouth-watering ribs across St. Pete from early in the morning, as a wide variety of pro ribbers prepare their offerings with the utmost care. As all BBQ fans know, there's a huge range of preparation methods and sauces, with each region of the country boasting theirs is the best. Ribfest 2017 will have two stages this year; the music starts at 1 pm.
