Our rain policy is that we will still have the tournament regardless of rain. So there are no refunds based on rain. During the event, if there is consistent Lightning or WE decide it is an unsafe environment is the only time we will cancel the event.

SUNDAY: Coed 2's & Juniors
USAV Region Bid to Nationals and Open Bid to State Championships.
Checkin Times:
Saturday:
-Adults OPEN Check in 7:30-8:15am Play Starts at 8:30am
-Adults Check in 8:00-8:30am and Play Starts at 9:00am
Sunday:
-COED Check In 9:00-9:30am and Play Starts 10:00am
-Juniors Check in 7:30-8:00am and Play Starts at 8:30am
Rain Policy
If we do cancel an event on Saturday, it will be played on Sunday. If we cancel on Sunday, it will be moved to the next available tournament. If you decide not to attend the make up date, there will be no refund. We thank you and appreciate your support.
