Kick-off 2025 with a champagne buffet brunch at Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach!
The brunch will take place at the resort’s SHOR American Seafood Grill between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. It will feature a variety of breakfast classics including scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit, sausage, and bacon as well as a wide selection of cheese and charcuterie.
Diners can also enjoy crab & asparagus omelets, an assortment of sushi rolls, and a traditional stewed black-eyed peas & greens served with corn bread muffins, candied bacon, shrimp and smoked gouda grits. It also includes multiple sweet treat options including a caramel apple French toast and traditional Belgium waffles.
The New Year’s Eve brunch is $50 for adults and $20 for children ages 12 and younger. Champagne and sparkling wine add-ons are available including bottomless mimosas for $25.
