Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is hosting a special beachside Easter dining experience for resort guests and local residents.
The Easter buffet brunch will be available on Sunday, April 20, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The menu will feature a variety of breakfast favorites ranging from made-to-order eggs benedict and bread pudding French toast to thick cut bacon and pork sausage.
Guests can select from a carving station serving beef tenderloin and roasted turkey breast with savory herbs and spices. The meal will also offer unique specialties including Korean fried chicken served with bacon-sweet cornbread waffles drizzled in hot honey, a sushi and poke station, and a chilled raw bar offering fresh seafood favorites as well as a variety of decadent desserts.
