We are looking for a responsible, professional and courteous server to provide excellent service to all customers. The position will be in our Watercolour Grillhouse!

Provide excellent customer service in all interactions

• Work closely with all team members in a positive environment
• Positive and enthusiastic at all times
• Knowledgeable of menu, restaurant, hotel and surrounding area
• Proper use of steps of service
• Accurately take orders, confirm special requests and upsell
• Inspect all food and beverage for accuracy and presentation before delivering
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond proactively to any customer needs
• Maintain and clean and safe working environment
• Clean as you go and pre-buss
• Complete all opening and closing side work
• Greet and seat customers when necessary
• Previous high volume and fine dining experience preferred
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $5.63 per hour

Physical Setting:

• Upscale casual restaurant

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends
