Christmas Dining at Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach

Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach announces its Christmas dining experiences for guests and local residents at its SHOR American Seafood Grill. The resort will feature an extravagant holiday buffet as a holiday dinner special.

The Christmas Day buffet will be available between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. The menu will feature a carving station with fried grouper and slow-roasted beef tenderloin. Diners can also enjoy handcrafted cheese and artisan cured meats, made-to-order omelets, and fresh seafood selections ranging from jumbo gulf shrimp to cold oysters. Additional buffet selections include a chicken & sausage gumbo, chicken & waffles, roasted beets & citrus salad, chorizo corn bread stuffing, eggs benedict, lobster mac & cheese, eggnog French toast, and a Chef’s selection of desserts. The buffet is $60 for adults and $20 for children 12 and younger.

Later in the day, SHOR will also serve holiday dinner specials. The specials include a spiced roasted whole catch served with a burnt citrus and ginger vinaigrette, and a smokey herb and garlic prime rib with pan jus. Both specials are served with accompaniments of agrodolce Brussel sprouts, crispy duck fat potatoes, and slow-roasted tomatoes.
