We are currently looking for:

Pastry Cook who is seeking growth opportunities

Requirements:

*Proven experience as Pastry Cook, Baker or relevant role in a high volume setting

*Great attention to detail and creativity

*In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, baking techniques and nutrition

*Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)

*Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field preferred, but not required

*ServSafe sanitation certification preferred, but not required

Candidate will have minimum two years experience making a wide range of pastry and desserts.

This position is for production, not for decorating.

Weekend and Holiday availability required.

$600 dollar signing bonus after 6 months of employment

Walk-in's welcome Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 4:00PM
