Mark retired from the Army after 30 years and Happy's been home raising the kids so once the kids left, it was time to do something together. WE LOVE FOOD so something food related seemed obvious. We want to serve good food to our neighbors and friends and the Dunedin community. We want something small scale and unique so how about a food trailer with a ‘cracker' style facade.
