George Kokoris started out with a small ice cream & sub shop on Clearwater beach. He has been thrilling customers with home style food in the Clearwater & Dunedin areas ever since.

You might recognize some of his restaurant over the pass years. Crazy George's on Clearwater Beach, Crazy George's Cafe in Clearwater and Crazy George's Big Apply Sports Bar here in our home town of Dunedin.

In 2005, with his son Peter Kokoris by his side, they opened Pete's Diner. Their vision was to create a Jersey style diner in their hometown of Dunedin. Peter had been cooking with has father for many years and took what learned to further himself, becoming a Chef at the 6th largest Casino in the country, the Hard Rock, Tampa. After a few years there, learning new and creative cooking techniques, Peter decided to come back to the family diner and share what he has learned. Everything from classic 2 egg breakfasts to a Steak & Bleu Cheese Benedict and much more.
