In 1995 I began my real estate investing career and had my first rental property. Over the years, I added homes to my portfolio and in 2004 I decided to get my Sales Associate license. To launch the new year, I began selling real estate in 2005 and quickly realized that I really wanted to be an expert in my field so I went on to get my Brokers license in December 2005. In 2006 the learning continued and I obtained my Graduate Realtor Institute designation.

Today I continue to work with absentee owners as their real estate consultant and local liaison and have returned to working with buyers, sellers and investors.

My approach includes a great deal of education so buyers and sellers can make decisions based on facts. The market continues to change so staying current on the market is a daily activity in this business but the impact is when you teach others. I enjoy teaching people about the market and have a variety of tools to share with my clients to make their real estate transaction as smooth as possible.
