A Tampa Bay resident since 1997, Tony started his real estate career as an investor and "flipper". He spent four years marketing and selling bank owned foreclosures. In 2012, Tony was named territory manager for Florida Luxury Realty.
Tony specializes in marketing luxury properties and waterfront homes. He also assists financially distressed home owners to avoid foreclosure.
In 2006, Tony earned the GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation from the National Association of Realtors after successfully completing a rigorous program of course work covering many facets of real estate. Only 15% of all Realtors have earned the GRI designation.
In 2010, Tony earned the SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) designation from the National Association of Realtors. SFR training and certification provides agents with critical skills to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales and help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities.
Tony earned the CDPE designation in 2011. A Certified Distressed Property Expert has a thorough understanding of foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. CDPEs can provide solutions, specifically short sales, for homeowners facing market hardships.
