Line Cooks perform a broad range of kitchen support activities to support effective and efficient back-of-house (BOH) operations. Key responsibilities involve planning, prepping, setting up and providing quality service in all areas of food production for service periods. They also perform receiving, storage and maintenance work activities, and may assist with stock counts, checks and marks.
