Have some paddle boarding experience, but not 100% comfortable on your own? Practice your SUP skills with an instructor by your side!
Event Details
This month, take a tour through the Gandy Beach Mangroves and out around Weedon Island — one of the most popular SUP spots in the Tampa Bay area. Start with a quick refresher on the basics, then head out for your tour of the area. Level up your skills by learning new techniques for conserving energy and steering your board with Instructor Dylan. You'll also see local wildlife, like sea turtles, birds, fish and more!
Set your own pace! There will be plenty of opportunities to take a break, and in many areas you can even get off your board and walk around. You'll get a low intensity workout while making the most of a beautiful Tampa Bay afternoon!
