Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is hosting a Valentine’s Day wine pairing dinner at SHOR American Seafood Grill. The restaurant will present an exclusive holiday meal featuring expertly curated wine pairings from The Prisoner Wine Company, a popular contemporary winery in Napa Valley, Calif.
The specially crafted meal will feature four courses including:
Amuse Bouche: Goat cheese mousse with tender greens, honey and grapefruit gastrique, and pistachio honeycomb, paired with The Prisoner’s Blindfold Blanc de Noir.
Appetizer: Red mole-braised duck empanadas with blackberry mustard, cilantro cream, and sesame, paired with The Prisoner Red Blend.
Main Course: 1855 Filet of Beef accompanied by pommes mille-feuille, sun choke, poached asparagus, and Prisoner bordelaise, paired with The Prisoner Cabernet Sauvignon.
Dessert: Warm roasted banana cake with dark hazelnut bark, miso caramel, and spiced cream cheese crème anglaise, paired with Saldo Zinfandel.
