Opa! St. Stefanos' Super Greek Festival is a joyous, family friendly, authentic celebration of Greek Food, Culture, Dance and Tradition held every year in St. Petersburg, Florida! At our festival, all our welcome with open arms, and there is truly something for everyone to enjoy and celebrate. Come DINE, DRINK and DANCE with us --inside or outside – rain or shine!
FOOD: Try some of our authentic, fresh and exquisite cuisine straight from Greece. Our church parishioners make most of our festival's food from scratch. Some of the favorites are, Saganaki (Flaming Greek Cheese), Pastichio, Dolmades, Lamb Shank, Souvlaki, Gyros and More!
BEER AND WINE: Come order your favorite Greek Adult beverages such as Ouzo, Metaxa and Greek Beer and Wine.
PASTRIES AND SWEETS: We also have a full selection of Greek Pastries including Baklava, Koulourakia, Finikia, Kourambiedes, Diples, Galaktoboureko, Bougatsa, and more. We are also especially proud of our crowd-pleasing delicious Loukomades (Greek Golden Fried Honey Puffs)!
SHOP: Enjoy several merchandise vendors that will be selling Greek style jewelry, clothing, and other interesting items for old and young alike.
PARTY/DANCE: There will be a large outdoor covered area where uplifting DJ’s (DJ EKELEKTOS) (Friday and Sunday) and DJ PHIL THE THRILL! (Saturday All Day and Night) will be rocking the outside OPA! Tent. The Greek Band "Demetri & The Islanders" will also be performing traditional Greek Music throughout the weekend. Also, be sure to see our KEFI Youth Dance Troupe and other KEFI Dancers! They will be performing throughout the festival and teaching young and old alike how-to Greek Dance with the best of them for no additional charge!
ENTERTAINMENT: There will also be a carnival featuring State Fair like Amusement rides or bounce houses, rock wall, and games of all kinds to entertain teenagers, adults and kids aged 3+ .
CULTURE AND RELIGION: During our festival you can also learn about Greek culture by visiting our culture room and learn about ancient Greece and the times of the Greek Gods and Goddesses. And, come learn about Orthodox Christianity by enjoying a guided Church Tour!
