Event Details
It’s that time of year again! Keep pinellas beautiful will be hosting the 2023 great american cleanup, the nation’s largest community improvement program, in partnership with keep america beautiful, pinellas county, and seagram's escapes from march 1st – june 30th.
This keep america beautiful signature event engages over 7,000 volunteers, removing litter and beautifying locations throughout pinellas county.
Volunteers will assist with a litter removal cleanup of treasure island beach and surrounding areas. Please join us in our mission to keep pinellas litter-free and beautiful!
Where to meet: treasure island and madeira beach chamber of commerce -12601 gulf blvd, treasure island 33706
When: cleanup begins at 8:30 am
What to wear: volunteers should wear closed toe shoes, sun protection and weather appropriate clothing.
What to expect: cleanup supplies will be provided including gloves, trash bags, pickers, sunscreen, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. A water refill station will be available, please bring a reusable water bottle.
Parking: free parking will be available in the madeira beach city hall parking lot. Spaces are limited so carpooling is encouraged!
