An innovative concept that might just change the way the city works is coming to Downtown St Petersburg later this month. It's called CoCreativ and it's a drop-in workspace where anyone with an on the go or work from home job can rent out office space to work, meet, and collaborate in a central location.
CoCreativ will open their first pilot office on the 12th floor in the Wells Fargo building located at 150 2nd Ave N. in St. Petersburg. Here, working St. Petersburg residents and visitors alike can rent out private or shared office space with monthly rates beginning at $100.
Amenities at CoCreativ are bountiful and all the more reason why signing up for this drop-in workspace just makes sense. CoCreativ will boast 2,500 square feet of open, shared workspace as well as shared and dedicated desks, large (8 people) and small (4 people) meeting rooms, an open lounge area with comfortable seating, delicious food and drinks, an all in one business center with a printer, reliable wifi, and more.
CoCreativ will officially open their doors in Downtown St. Pete on Monday, March 18 with a pre-launch party and open house taking place on Friday, March 15 from 5 to 7 p.m.
