Since 1977, Sir Winston Cruises have set sail, creating lasting memories for guests complete with luxury vessels, delectable food and beautiful views. Last year, the Sir Winston luxury yacht made its Tampa Bay Area debut for its New Year’s Eve event in St. Petersburg, FL. The patrons had such a wonderful time that the cruise simply had to throw another New Year’s Eve celebration to ring in 2017, too!
The Sir Winston “Cruise in the New Year Celebration” event starts at approximately 9 p.m. on Saturday, Dec 31. Guests are welcome aboard by 9:30 p.m. at the Vinoy Basin, in close proximity to The Vinoy Renaissance - St. Petersburg. We recommend starting with a coctail on their historic Veranda before boarding!
Throughout the course of the evening, guests will dine with class and style. A memorable boarding photo, hors d’oeuvres, gourmet food stations, carving stations, desserts, DJ music entertainment are all inclusive with the purchase of an event ticket.
In addition, a special fireworks display and a champagne toast will be celebrated as the clock strikes midnight and 2016 turns into 2017.
This Sir Winston New Year’s Eve event is far different from any other NYE celebration you’ll find in the Tampa Bay Area. Unlike the parties taking place on the shore, ringing in the New Year on the Sir Winston grants you an exceptional, one of a kind view. The downtown St. Petersburg skyline sets the stage as your sparkling backdrop for midnight fireworks displays.
Reservations are required, you do not want to miss this New Year’s event. After tax, tickets come to $186.25 per person and include an entire night of delicious food, gorgeous views and memorable NYE fun. Guests must be 21 years or older to cruise and dressy attire is required.
