Downtown St. Pete will welcome another establishment to its rapidly-growing bar and restaurant scene when The Flying Pig Taphouse opens its doors at at 1584 Central Ave. (on the ground floor of the Fusion 1560 Apartments) in late October according to ilovetheburg.com.
The new bar and restaurant combo will have a strong focus on craft beers with over 50 American and imported craft brews on tap, bottled selections, and a variety of wines available for purchase.
In addition, The Flying Pig Taphouse will also serve up a variety of appetizers with a number of bacon-infused, locally-sourced, and vegetarian selections that'll probably pair nicely with their ample selection of craft brews.
Interior construction is now underway with a grand opening expected to come sometime before October ends, ilovetheburg.com reports.
