Fort De Soto Park has 238 different campsites throughout the premises. Each site includes access to fresh water, electric with 30 to 50 amp service, picnic tables and charcoal grills. There are also modern restrooms with showers, easy access to a laundry room, and a camp store on site to provide you with necessary supplies you might've forgotten. Pets are also permitted at each Fort De Soto Park campsite.
If you're looking for a spectacular view, the waterfront campsites are a great bet. Each site is situated along a seawall that skirts the campground's outer banks with trees and other lush foliage providing privacy between each campsite.
The camping rate at Fort De Soto Park is $30 per night for tents, vans and pop-ups and $35 for RVs and trailers. Waterfront premium sites are $1 extra and there's an extra $2.50 seasonal fee from January through April.
