If you're not familiar with traditional Japanese Bento Boxes, combinations of decorative plates filled to capacity with your choice from several delicious options, you're in for a real treat!

Pictured above is my favorite combination, a tempura roll (amazing), house salad, jumbo shrimp and spring roll. Paired with a Lycheetini, this makes the perfect lunch, especially over the busy holiday season.
In case you miss lunch, don't forget that Blue Sake has a full dinner menu featuring dishes like the Sushi Jo. Ten pieces of chefs choice nigiri (raw fish on rice) with a California roll. The dish is lovely and tasty, and evokes just what the spirit of Blue Sake is all about.
