Christmas is a wonderful time of year and what better way to kick off the holiday season than with a health and wellness event. Before you become consumed with perusing stores to find the perfect gifts for your loved ones, take the time to come out to Sleigh The Day- a Christmas themed health and wellness event presented by VyBs Fitness. This event is implemented to motivate the community of St. Petersburg and The Tampa Bay Area. We will engage in physical activity and discuss mental health awareness. Come out for a good sweat session, good music, and good vibes!
