The obvious answer is yes. Meat, cheese, roll…pretty straightforward. But isn’t that selling it short?

First, the cheesesteak is more of an experience than a meal. The rhythmic cho Tom Bradley and his family are native Philadelphians - transplanted to the Tampa Bay area in 1988. Tom and his family loved living in the Sunshine State, but always dreamed of operating a business that could offer authentic cheesesteaks just like back home. Finally, after more than 20 years, The Cheesesteak Truck, LLC was born in August of 2012. The business itself is young, but the idea and concept have been in the works for many years. Today, we proudly announce that The Cheesesteak Truck is one of Tampa Bay's most sought after food trucks, and our Cheesesteak is considered one of a kind!

Family owned and operated, The Cheesesteak Truck offers authentic Philadelphia cheesesteaks, exclusively! Other places offer cheesesteaks on their menu, but believe us, it's not the same. We buy only top quality steak served on FRESH Amoroso's Rolls, Philadelphia, PA. We always offer 3 cheese selections: American, Provolone, and our signature Fondue Cheddar Cheese. All sandwiches are cooked to order, hot and fresh!
