Description
St. Pete Indie Market is a monthly makers faire showcasing the best of all things indie, located in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg.
Local artists, indie designers, horticulturists, eclectic crafters and non-profit groups take over 11th Street and Baum Avenue, adjacent from the Edge District, on the first Saturday of every month. This is a unique destination for artisans, progressives, tourists and locals to come together in an outdoor alternative to retail setting. With 75+ vendors, local artists and makers, the St. Pete Indie Market is a vital weekend destination for those in search of local flavor and the indie spirit.
Our hand selected vendors feature products ranging from handmade jewelry, letterpress cards, screen printed t-shirts, vintage treasures, upcycled home goods, dry succulent gardens, artisanal jams, non-profit groups and lots of funky individuals. Beyond vendors, you'll find local food and drink, live music or DJs and good vibes. Plus, it's free and family and pet friendly!
The market exists to promote local arts and culture and to engage and empower our community towards positive growth. Launched in the Spring of 2012 by eclectic vintage shop owner, Rosey Williams, of Ramblin' Rose, the market has since grown from a grass roots sidewalk market to a street faire and continues to grow, with more pop-up markets coming to locations around the Bay area.
