The Philly egg rolls were awesome the cider was good as well. However we asked for our burgers to be medium well and they we’re completely dried out (well done). We asked to speak to a manger and he wasn’t that apologetic and offer a dessert or to remake the burger. We declined because at that point we didn’t want another burger. The burger we had was barely eaten and he didn’t take anything off our bill he was in a rush to leave instead of trying to accommodate us as the customer. I’ve been in customer service over 20 years so know one can tell me this was proper way to handle a complaint. Yes he did offer something but when he seen that we declined that’s when he should asked what can I do to make this right so he doesn’t lose a customer or get bad reviews. There are ways to handle situations maybe he doesn’t have much experience or just doesn’t know what’s he doing. However we left unhappy feeling as if our compliant wasn’t that big of a deal. That’s not right I still like oak and stone just not how our compliant was handled.
